Please package PyKDE 3.16, which has been out for many months. It fixes
at least one crash related to session management. See [1] for details.

Ubuntu has already packaged 3.16, so you may want to check their package
to see the needed changes. I also built it locally myself, and the main
issues I found were:
* configure.py does not like being run from a build-2.X subdirectory
* make install wants to run ldconfig, can be easily commented out
* make install wants konsole to be present in order to link against
libkonsolepart.so, can be easily added to build-depends, but:
* it wants to link against /usr/lib/libkonsolepart.so, whereas the
file lives in /usr/lib/kde3/libkonsolepart.so; make install tries to
create a symlink, I guess it can be fixed by adding a -L/usr/lib/kde3
argument to the link call instead
I would muchly appreciate if this could be uploaded soonish, let me know
if you'd like some help.
