Package: apt-cacher
Version: 0.9.4
Severity: normal
Tags: sarge

If a source with a URL containing a ~ is used, eg:

deb http://server/apt-cacher/people.debian.org/~nobse/xorg-x11/ sarge main

then /etc/cron.daily/apt-cacher will complain about the tilde
in the filename:

Someone is cheating, bad filename found:
people.debian.org_~nobse_xorg-x11_dists_sarge_main_binary-i386_Packages.gz
at /usr/share/apt-cacher/apt-cacher-cleanup.pl line 86.

I've fixed this by adding ~ to the acceptable chars in the
regex in line 86, but it might be better if ~ is converted to a -
(the same way / gets converted to _ )

I don't know if this bug applies to the version in
etch/sid/experimental, that's why I've tagged this 'sarge'.

I can't reproduce this with either 1.5.3 or 1.5.4. Please try one of
those versions and advise me if there are still problems.
