This bug about a Bengali rendering fix was reported in Ubuntu against
ICU 3.4. I was never able to reproduce it, and the bug seems to have
been abandoned in Ubuntu. In the mean time, ICU 3.6 and 3.8 have been
released. I am closing this bug. If the problem persists and someone
is able to reproduce it in 3.8, please report it again.
