Every time I click on the Download link in
http://search.cpan.org/dist/W3C-LinkChecker/, Firefox creates a new file
/tmp/W3C-LinkChecker-X.2.1.tar.gz, after incrementing X, without asking
if I want to replace the existing file, so I end up having
/tmp/W3C-LinkChecker-4.2.1.tar.gz
/tmp/W3C-LinkChecker-5.2.1.tar.gz
/tmp/W3C-LinkChecker-6.2.1.tar.gz
and so on...
I can't remember such a behaviour before upgrading to the current
version.
Here are the relevant settings from my prefs.js:
