And it's now b43-fwcutter, if you actually would have looked closely.
And voila:

it's there since long.
Note that b43 is for the next generation driver (not yet in the official
kernel - the b43 and b43legacy) and you need bcm43xx stuill if you use
the bcm43xx driver.
