Package: jabref
Version: 2.3~beta2-1
Severity: normal

Citing a document like the Debian Policy, I'd like to put the author
as "Debian Project" and not "Project, Debian" :)

Thus, I enter {Debian Project} into the author field, and jabref
correctly writes that to the .bib file and it all works…

… until I reopen the file in jabref. It then converts

  author = {{foo bar}}

to

  author = {foo bar}

Versions of packages jabref depends on:

jabref recommends no packages.
