Sometimes after loading a game or getting to a new level Maryo, despite
being big and white, doesn't throw his fireballs anymore. As far as I could
see previous version, 0.99.7, didn't have this problem.
Fortunately, restarting smc seems to restore fireball-throwing ability,
so that's only an inconvenience.
