The ccTLD `.kp' has been delegated by ICANN as of 2007-09-21, see
http://www.icann.org/minutes/prelim-report-11sep07.htm

IANA lists a Whois server for the domain (whois.kcce.kp), and I've been
able to retrieve information from that server. Hence, for the sake of
completeness, I would like `.kp' added to the domains supported by the
Whois client. The attached patch solves this issue.
