Package: gsl
Version: 1.10

The new version of GSL is licenced under GNU GPL 3. This is
incompatible with a number of the packages which use this library,
notably those using Qt.

The package needs to be reverted to an earlier version or an alternate
GPL 2 version packaged.

Also debian/copyright has not been updated.

Jonathan
