Version: 0.11-2

Psi uses a hacky way of identifying the distribution it runs on, which
requires looking for distribution-specific files. This results in wrong
reporting of downstream distributions such as Ubuntu, which has no such
specific files and is incorrectly identified as Debian.

This bug has also been reported upstream: http://forum.psi-im.org/thread/4695

The patch attached to the thread adds support for LSB-based distro
identification. It's also going to be incorporated into Ubuntu
version -2ubuntu1.
