When building a package and having libc6 2.7.0exp8 installed (from
experimental), debhelper (dh_shlibdeps ?) does not compute correct
dependencies:
Depends: libc6 (>= 2.7-1), xserver-xorg-core (>= 2:1.4)
The package is then uninstallable.

dh_shlibdeps does what it's told.

This is done on purpose. We (glibc maintainers) do not want people to
mistakenly be built against glibc and installed out there.
