dbus failed to start with the following error message:

Starting system message bus: dbusFailed to start message bus: Failed to
open "/etc/dbus-1/system.conf": No such file or directory

system.conf only seems to be part of dbus-1 package - which is
not installable together with dbus from testing/unstable

It was never clear why this happened to the user. And no reports indicate this
