The armel port doesn't have java or fortran yet, although it's being
worked on. In the meantime, we're building libtool for armel using the
attached patch. It would be helpful if this could be applied to the
package in Debian so we don't have to maintain a branched version in the
gnuab.org repository that's being used as a staging area for the armel
port.
