Should asterisk/images/* be moved from asterisk-doc - where they aren't
used, I think - to asterisk-web-vmail - where they are?
Should asterisk-web-vmail include a /etc/apache/conf.d/asterisk
fragment to alias these images to /_asterisk/?

Hi,
We stopped shipping a separate voicemail package for a while now.
The voicemail CGI serves only as an example and is now shipped in
/usr/share/doc/asterisk/examples; as such, there's no point in shipping
the images too.
