If passed the --theme option, rst2s5.py will initialise
./ui/<theme>. The ./ui and ./ui/<theme> directories both contain
.DS_Store files, which are not needed on Debian. I cannot figure out
how they are created, but they should not really be there.

I've never been able to reproduce this, there are no .DS_Store files in
the binary package, and grep -r DS_Store
/usr/share/pycentral/python-docutils/site-packages returns nothing, so
I'm going to close this bug.
