Galeon does not seem to set whatever thing in X is used to mark a window
as a child of a parent window, for the cookie dialog, and some other
dialogs.
I use ion as my window manager, and without this being done correctly,
if I have galeon in full screen mode in ion, the child windows show up
on a different desktop, which is very annoying.
I was using galeon-snapshot right before it transitionsed to becoming
galeon, and that version got it right.
