Package: python-mechanize
Version: 0.1.6b-1
Severity: normal

Current version of the module has the following issue with support of http
proxy: mechanize query proxy with request like 'GET / HTTP/1.1' and put host
info into the HOST header value. This is not working with many http proxies
which have replied back HTTP 400 error.
Right behaviour is query 'GET http://domain/ HTTP/1.1' instead of 'GET /
HTTP1.1'.
This bug is fixed into current version of the module. Please, update debian
package to the fixed version.
