I'd be pleased when you would consider including the 2004 version of the
server as a debian package. Especially the NNTP proxy functionality is of
interest to me.

I have not upgraded my version yet, but according to the upstream specs
it does, so IMHO it can be closed. In case it does not work, I will open
another bug ;)
