A more specific issue was also reported by the submitter upstream, and
was fixed:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=362279
For 0.4.1-1, Mirco Bauer reviewed the licensing of f-spot and turned up
a discrepancy in the licensing of the 'semweb' library, which has now
been fixed upstream. We do not know of any further licensing problems.
For further reports along these lines, I suspect it would be easier to
file bugs upstream.
Thanks,
