Package: ggzcore-bin
Version: 0.0.14-2

I finally discovered that apparently I once built and installed some GGZ
packages myself a long time ago. This included ggz-config, which was
in /usr/local/bin, which was in my PATH before /usr/bin. That ggz-config in
local was built against the older libgnutls, and dpkg was trying to run it
instead of the ggz-config in /usr/bin. Much manual removing and reinstalling
ensued, finally resulting in the clean removal of freeciv-client-gtk and a
consistent dpkg database. Please accept my apologies for wasting your time.
I should have figured this out a long time ago, before filing a bug. :)
