Hi,

quite often I get 

ASSERT: "!fileName.isNull()" in 
/build/buildd/kphotoalbum-2.2/./src/ThumbnailView/ThumbnailView.cpp (550)

which doesn't look too good to me. I also had a crash, I'll try to reproduce it.
