We now have ghc6 in the armel port [1] so debian/control's
Build-Depends clauses:

mips mipsel powerpc ppc64 s390 sparc], ghc6 (<< 6.6.1+) [alpha amd64

should include "armel" in that list if the version check is important.
Actually, it gets ghs6 anyway on armel because, even though ghc6 is
not explicitly depended on, when it installs two of the build
dependencies, it goes:
