After connecting to a server xchat ties to join the channels on
autojoin before nickserv has identified me, so i end up not joinning
the channels that don't allow non-registered users. If waiting for
nickserv to answer before joining any channels is too hard or not
possible to do then maybe the user could set a delay before joinning
the channels or something.
