Hi
I tried to set wine to using arts by editing ~/.wine/config .
Because the package libwine-arts wasn't installed, it failed, but wine
ran without any errors or warnings. It is really hard to find what is
wrong this way.
I would expect wine to write some kind of warning that it couldn't load
the driver specified in the configuration file.

Well, I'm not sure how visible those warnings are these days (there
should be some, but maybe have to enable debug output to see them), but
the arts driver doesn't exist anymore, so this bug doesn't really apply
anymore anyway... closing.
