Password reminder emails send by moinmoin display incorrect passwords,
since the reminder passwords sent by moinmoin always end with an '=',
which gets eaten by incorrect quoted-printable encoding.

This bug is fixed in current upstream releases. Please update!

As Vincent Bernat remarked, this bug has been resolved upstream and the fix has
been picked up in Debian.
