Hello,
sitecopy should not fail, when it wants to create a directory, which is
already there. I think a warning is enough.
In Detail, it fails with error 550 during MKDIR, which is normal. After that
it should try to CHDIR to the directory, if it is already there. I've tried
to implement this myself, but I think I forget something. Nothing changes.

With kind regards
        Torsten Knodt

Hi Torsten,

I am closing this bug accordingly as discussed above with upstream.
Feel free to open it, if you feel that given solution is not proper
and sufficient.

Thanks.
