        Hi!

 It's nice to get notified about new upstream verions (see #466212 which
is propably triggered by this) but it is not something we should have in
a package, especially in one targetted at a Debian stable release. Users
will get enormously annoyed by the message over the stable time and stop
using deluge but switch to a different application instead.

 Pretty please disable this notification.
