Package: ghemical
Version: 1.01-1
Severity: minor

I am working on an italian localization of ghemical, so I modified a bit
makefiles and debian/rules,
but where i compile it (eg I make the deb) the po directory is deleted, I can
not understand how.
I read in the changelog something about locales, but there are no details on
how they are handled.

ghemical IMO cannot be internationalized yet. I cannot find e.g. a
gettext-environment or something similar. So any .po file won't help
much. (I even wonder, how you created the .po file? I mean, from which
keywords did xgettext create the .pot?)

Upstream needs to implement some way to internationalize ghemical first
(e.g. with gettext).

However, I don't think we should have an open bug report about this in
the Debian BTS (because there is no bug). I'm therefore going to close
this report.

Feel free to comment on this decision or reopen the report if necessary.

Regards, Daniel
