Hello.
Pyicqt can't be used in cyrillic environment (because of encoding
problems) without this patch from py-transports mailing list:

Also, when used in cyrillic environment, /var/log/pyicqt/pyicqt.log file
gets an exception traceback every few seconds.
The following patch from py-transports mailing list fixes that:

Please consider applying both these patches to the debian package.
