Subject: Missing library bug

Package: vcr
Version: 1.09-6
Severity: minor
I found a bug in vcr version 1.09-6 in debian unstable. A library
(libmp3lame.so) is missing. This bug looks very easy to fix, simply a
Depends line or something.
I ran the program as "vcr test.avi -t 5s" and it worked fine. When I
added "-b 128" this error appeared.
Attached below is the output from the process.
