A better explanation of what exactly your problem is would be more
useful in future bug reports.  We have never shipped more than the
English spellfiles with Vim as those are the only ones that are shipped
in upstream's tarball and generating the other spellfiles isn't
something that my computer is able to do.

If you have a ~/.vim/spell directory, then when you set 'spelllang' to a
language for which you don't already have spellfiles, Vim will ask you
if it can download them.
