Hi,

After installing gitosis the user git has a ! in /etc/shadow.

ssh [EMAIL PROTECTED] gives a:
sshd[878]: User git not allowed because account is locked
sshd[878]: Failed none for invalid user git from 127.0.0.1 port 45389 ssh2

Changing the ! to a * in /etc/shadow fixed the problem.

cu,
michael

not really, the version of adduser before and the version afterwards is
ok, just the particulary broken version not. as it was a temporary
version only available in sid, it's not worth the hassle of a versioned
conflicts.
