I recently discovered (by locking myself out of a remote server :-()
that the semantics of "ip rule flush" were recently changed to include
deleting the default rule pointing at the "main" routing table.
This is perhaps more of a documentation problem than anything else.

I'm closing this bugreport, since it can't find any hint of a problem and the
submitter used a bogus email address to make sure he can't be reached.
