Since bitchx provides irc, it would be nice if it used the 'alternatives'
method to provide a link
/usr/bin/irc -> /usr/bin/bitchx
I checked the BTS, but maybe i missed it if it was reported.

experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.
