Package: ipw3945-source
Version: 1.2.2-1
Hi,
my /bin/sh is linked to dash, my regular shell is zsh.
When I build my modules with make-kpkg, I get the following warnings
Makefile:53:
Makefile:54: WARNING: $SHELL not set to bash.
Makefile:55: If you experience build errors, try
Makefile:56: 'make SHELL=/bin/bash'.
Makefile:57:
/bin/sh: Syntax error: "(" unexpected
/bin/sh: Syntax error: "(" unexpected
And some lines later the build dies, as it cannot include some files
(because of the syntax errors).
Running make with SHELL=/bin/bash in the build and clean targets solves
the problem, but this is not a good solution IMHO.
Regards
Evgeni

The ipw3945 package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.
For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/475038 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.
Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.
Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
