Hi,
I'm not sure if this is the proper place for this report,
but at least two of the IP addresses of http.us.debian.org
match with ftp.debian.org ;-).
Since a couple of days, maybe a few weeks, I often get error
messages downloading packages with apt-get (dist-)upgrade:

E: Some files failed to download
These errors are mostly temporary and dissapear after a couple of
minutes or at least a few hours (I not always retry a download after
some minutes). I'm already using apt for years, but I can't remember
of getting such errors before.
The package lists were downloaded without problems, but the belongig
package files were not (yet) available.
Has there something changed in the upload process, i.e. uploading
package lists before package files or so?
Regards,
Uwe
