freedts needs to be modified slightly for armel. Please consider applying
the attached patch. (I guess you'll need to make the armel version of
the manifest only be used on armel first..)

Note that I haven't checked exactly what problems this patch fixes. You
may want to contact Riku for more information. This patch was taken from
the version of freedts on ftp.gnuab.org, the staging site for the Debian
armel port.
