Package: pwm
Version: 1.0.20010309-6
Severity: normal

The pack_move function should move a window left/right/up/down an arbitrary
distance until the window "collides" with another object (window or screen
edge)

While in pack_move mode, the window appears to move, but the move is not
accepted with expected kb_moveres_end function. (but instead is cancelled
with visual garbage leftover.

Alternatively, if pack_move is in progress, and then kb_moveres_cancel
function used, the movement is applied - not cancelled as expected.
(again, visual garbage leftover from the outline frame)

Also, move/resize can be applied in turns within the same kb_moveres
function, but they cannot be applied within a pack_move function. (again,
this breaks expected behaviour)

The default pwm configuration does not use the pack_move function.
(my personal pwm theme has these keybindings commented - contact me
if you want a copy)

The pwm package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.

For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/422948 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.

Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.

Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
