After upgrading blackbox with the command
apt-get --fix-missing upgrade blackbox
the exim service did not restart automatically nor manually.
I have not tried to restart the computer yet.
NB. I am a novice to GNU/Linux and Debian, and this is the first time
I report a bug, so please be aware that this may be no error at all.
Thanks to all of you doing GNU, Debian, Linux and other free software, I
and my students use your work at Roskilde Tekniske Gymnasium, Denmark.

The exim package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.

this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.

Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
