No fair considering table borders part of the world of "style".
<table border="1"> should still have a border, styles on or not, if I
understand HTML correctly.
I don't use any stylesheet stuff at all on my website, so the
bug is in Firefox's default style.
With ALT V Y B, basic styles on, one sees the borders
But with styles off, the table border is GONE.
