Hi,
your package includes a copy of the prototype java script library as
well as scriptaculous.
Please replace them with symlinks from the libjs-prototype and
libjs-scriptaculous packages, and add depends to them.

The bug was fixed in 2.5.0-2.
Now wordpress depends on scriptaculous and prototype.
