Package: xmms
Version: 1.2.4-2
Severity: normal

Hello,

after dist-upgrade to the latest unstable, I got a problem with xmms.
Symptoms: xmms plays the current song and stops. After switching on the
repeat button, xmms plays that song again and again. [1] I can choose an
other song with skip buttons or in the playlist window, then the same
happens on this song.

[1] This behaviour is similar to the behaviour, if there is only one
song in the playlist (or more songs but only one is readable).

The xmms package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.

For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/461309 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.

Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.

Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
