I have some Windows applications, where I have to write in Cyrillic. But
in Debian Etch in wine Cyrillic input does not work. When I start it
with Russian locale and switch to Russian keyboard, it writes nothing,
but this info in console instead:

This bug was already reported in many places, for example here:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wine/+bug/68594
or here:
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3504
but no solution so far.
The bug does not exist in Mandriva 2007, neither did it in Ubuntu 6.06
(I don't know about Debian Sarge), so I think it's something in current
version of Debian Etch.
