$ file public_html/favicon.ico
public_html/favicon.ico: MPEG sequence
As both of them begin 000001, perhaps the entry for Windows icons should
be earlier in /usr/share/misc/file/magic, since it is more specific
$ od -t x1 public_html/favicon.ico | head -1
0000000 00 00 01 00 01 00 10 10 04 00 01 00 04 00 28 01
