Package: smarteiffel
Version: 1.1-4
Severity: normal

After selib2html had run (producing 100% CPU load) for about 2 hours without
producing output, and no indication of any progress, I investigated.

When I found that the index.html in .../egtk/html/index.html was invalid
html, due to two 'cat >${INDEX} << EOI' lines immediately following each
other (so the <html><head> header the first cat writes is overwritten by the
second cat), I just killed it.

Take a look. It can't be intended this way, right?

BTW: in 1.1-1, there's mention of a man page for selib2html. Where's it
gone? dpkg -L doesn't show a man page.

The smarteiffel package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.

For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/406255 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.

Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.

Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
