I get lots of

when running the demo, and especially after pressing "End
Demonstration" (Then those messages run quickly through)

Other Demos show this or similar behaviour:
Roving Detail
Roving Density
Demo Transparency
Raytracing
Sculpting
Scripted animation (here initially rep was replaced by some other term)
Compiled graphics objects

Only once (not several times, not running through as in the other
cases) in Molscript/R3D Input

In general, the speed of these error messages seems to increase during
the demo (and especially afterwards).

If you want each reported seperatly, please tell me.

I cannot reproduce it on Etch/Amd64 and I don't have any acces to an
alpha anymore, thus closing.

Greetings
