Hi.
Especially while experimenting with germinate, it would be quite usefull
to be able to specify a local seed file instead of going the seed-URL,
seed-dist way via some http-server.
Furthermore (I don't want to open another bug report for that), it would
be nice if you could document what the "parent" part on the
seed-packages parameter really means. A few examples in the man page
would also be nice.
