This looks like a duplicate of 213355, which was fixed a couple of
years ago.
Expected behavior (v5.8.4):
$ perl -V:installarchlib
installarchlib='/usr/lib/perl/5.8';
Actual behavior (v5.8.7):
$ perl -V:installarchlib
installarchlib='/home/bod/debian/perl/perl-5.8.7/debian/tmp/usr/lib/perl/5.8';
This causes all modules from CPAN to get installed in an interesting
place.
