When building gnupg (in a chroot with only the build-dependencies
installed), the file /usr/bin/gpgkeys_mailto doesn't get installed
in the .deb.

It seems to have been fixed in 1.4.3-1 by James Troup. Therefor
closing. Note: It is not installed to /usr/bin.
