Hi,
The upload rate limit is not saved in the preference window.
This is pretty anoying because the user can think he won't overload his
upload-bandwith the next time thanks to the limit he set, but that won't
happen: the upload rate limit will be back to "0".
I think this is bug is directly related to the upload rate limit itself,
because other preferences are actually kept.

The freeloader package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.
